Arctech receives orders for trackers for 468 MW solar projects in Brazil




Chinese solar tracker manufacturer Arctech Solar Holding Co Ltd has announced that it will supply trackers for 468 MW of solar projects in Brazil.


It recently shared that it has received orders to deliver the equipment for multiple projects.


It has been informed that Brazilian company Mori Energia sealed a deal for 168 MW of Artech’s Skyline trackers. It will be using 59 solar DG plants.


To be noted, Mori Energia is the distributed generation unit of domestic power trading company Comerc Energia.


Similarly, in another deal, solar energy firm Alexandria signed a contract with Arctech to supply 300 MW of its Skyline equipment.


According to Arctech, it had already delivered more than 100 MW of solar trackers to Alexandria in a different project in the past.


Arctech has targeted 1 GW in Brazil as it aims to expand and strengthen its presence in the Latin American market.
