Cypark Resources Berhad and RGFC Ventures Sdn Bhd have entered into a partnership for a greener future in Malaysia.
The duo has officially signed a Memorandum of Business Exploration as part of a significant milestone. Cypark Resources is the strategic partner of RGFC Ventures.
The latest development follows after the Malaysian Government launched the National Energy Transition Roadmap. The country has set a goal of achieving renewable energy targets of 40% by 2035 and 70% by 2050.
According to the companies, the latest agreement will allow Cypark Resources and RGFC Ventures “to harness the power of solar energy and other renewable sources to drive positive environmental impact and promote sustainable business practices,” a local report mentioned.
As per RGFC Ventures, under the renewable energy initiatives, it aims to secure the long-term economic sustainability of the football club.
On the other hand, Selangor state has aimed to achieve its sustainability targets by utilizing the expertise and collective strengths of both companies.
To be noted, Cypark Resources is currently developing one of the world’s largest floating solar farms integrated with aquaculture in Kelantan.
According to the companies, this partnership will contribute in driving Malaysia towards a cleaner and more sustainable future.
