Solar developer Emeren Group has concluded the sale of a 58MW project portfolio in Poland.
The sale has been made to Spectris Energy, which is a subsidiary of GoldenPeaks Capital. To be noted, GoldenPeaks Capital is an energy producer specialized in turnkey construction and operation of renewable solar energy.
The renewable projects are located in Pomorskie Voivodeship. The company informed that the projects are at the ready-to-build stage.
According to Spectris Energy, it will handle and conclude the construction and retain long-term ownership.
Emeren Group chief executive Yumin Liu was quoted in a statement, "We are delighted to announce this deal with Spectris Energy in Poland, which continues our successful track record in Europe.”
He further stated that the company is committed to expand its renewable energy portfolio and advance a sustainable future.
“With our expertise in solar project development, we have strengthened our position as a leading player in Poland,” Liu remarked.
