Greenvolt Sells 83.2 MW Wind Farm to Enea for €174.4M

Greenvolt Power has completed the sale of its Pelplin Wind Farm in Poland to Enea Nowa Energia for €174.4M.
The project, located in the Pelplin municipality in north-central Poland, is fully operational with 16 turbines, each generating 5.2 MW, giving it a total installed capacity of 83.2 MW.
The wind farm, which secured all necessary permits, was constructed within the timeline, with the process starting in June 2023 and concluding in December 2024.
Greenvolt Power’s CEO, Radek Nowak, highlighted that the project is a testament to the company’s ability to deliver high-efficiency, high-standard renewable energy projects, solidifying its strong position in Poland’s renewable energy market.
This transaction with Enea Group, one of Poland’s largest electricity suppliers, underscores Greenvolt’s commitment to advancing the energy transition and promoting sustainable energy solutions.
