Spain’s H2B2 Electrolysis Technologies (H2B2) and India’s GR Promoter Group have teamed up to develop green hydrogen solutions.
Each of the two partners will hold 50% of their newly established company, GreenH Electrolysis, which will compete in the Indian market. They are also thinking about extending their business to other Asian countries.
GreenH Electrolysis will build water-based electrolyzers and green hydrogen generation plants based on off-taker agreements. The full hydrogen value chain will be covered, including the ability to design, build, manufacture, integrate, finance, operate, and maintain support for modular hydrogen production systems.
Through this strategic partnership, GR Promoter Group and H2B2 will combine their complementary resources and areas of expertise.
GR Promoter Group will take the lead in project development and O&M of the hydrogen facilities by drawing on its knowledge and experience in the development and construction of important infrastructures around the nation.
