Qualitas Energy has acquired a 117MW solar portfolio in Poland from international renewable energy developer ib vogt.
The portfolio includes two photovoltaic solar farms located in the Mazowieckie and Swiętokrzyskie voivodeships, both in the "ready-to-build" phase. Construction is set to begin in the second and third quarters of 2025, with commercial operations expected by the second half of 2026.
The two solar farms will collectively generate over 125GWh of clean energy annually, enough to power around 65,000 households. This acquisition strengthens Qualitas Energy’s presence in Poland, complementing its existing 113MW Milkowice solar plant.
The Milkowice project, connected to the grid in 2024, is already providing energy to 60,000 households, making it the third-largest solar park in the country.
These strategic acquisitions reflect Qualitas Energy's commitment to expanding its renewable energy portfolio in Poland.
